Account and Data Deletion

There is no account to delete. StyleCraft Studio apps, including Printly (com.hueshu.printscan), have no sign-up, no login, and no servers. We hold no user data, so there is nothing on our side that could be deleted or retained.

Why there is nothing on our servers

Printly is built without the Android INTERNET permission. The operating system prevents it from making any network connection, so no document, image, identifier, or usage record has ever been sent to us. This is described in full in our privacy policy.

Deleting data stored on your device

Everything the app creates lives on your phone. You can remove it at any time, in whichever of these ways suits you:

Delete a single document

Open the document list in the app, press and hold the document you want to remove, and choose Delete. Its captured pages are removed from the app's private storage immediately.

Clear everything the app has stored

Open Settings on your Android device
Go to Apps and select Printly
Tap Storage
Tap Clear storage (on some devices, Clear data)

This erases all in-progress documents, cached pages, and saved preferences, returning the app to a fresh state.

Uninstall the app

Removing the app deletes its private storage along with it, which has the same effect as clearing storage.

Files you exported yourself

PDFs and images you saved or shared are ordinary files under your control — they are not managed by the app and are not removed when you clear its data. Delete them from your Files app or gallery in the usual way.

If you would like written confirmation that we hold no data relating to you, or you have any other question about deletion, write to privacy@stylecraft.app. We aim to respond within 30 days.
